Shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control including customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless item is faulty

Non-Returnable Items:

• Airbeds and pumps (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
• Clothing (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
• All clearance items (sold as-is)
