Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day period to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals.
  3. Ship the Item: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our returns address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it (unused, unworn, and in its original packaging).
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

  • Airbeds and Pumps: Due to their intimate nature and hygiene considerations.
  • Clothing: For hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
  • Clearance Items: All products purchased from our ‘Clearance’ section (e.g., Clearance Carpets, Clearance Roof Linings) are sold as-is and are final sale.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please indicate this in your initial email. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will ship the new item to you once we have received and processed the original return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
